Axon is hiring a Channel Partners Program Manager to build and scale its international Partner Program. You will own distributor relationships, ensure data quality, and enable in-market Axon teams to grow with a scalable program.

You’ll collaborate with Sales Ops, Marketing, Product, and Compliance to align goals and execute on an international stage. The role emphasizes hands-on program operations, onboarding, and training lifecycle, with regular updates to partners and internal stakeholders.

Competenze

• 2-4 years in channel/partner operations or related roles
• Comfort working with external partners, including non-native English speakers
• Strong attention to data accuracy and process consistency
• Experience with CRM, reporting, and productivity tools
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset for admin work
• Ability to manage multiple partner requests simultaneously
• Confident presenting to partners and internal teams
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

• Own design and rollout of a formal partner strategy and program—define structure and guidelines.
• Define and track program participation and performance metrics for distributors.
• Drive program objectives to support scalable growth across markets.
• Administer distributor-facing platforms and pipeline systems.
• Maintain data quality across distributor and pipeline records.
• Create and maintain distributor-facing documentation and FAQs.
• Oversee distributor onboarding and training lifecycle.
• Support as a program operations contact for international distributors.
• Track product updates and drive distributor readiness.
• Coordinate product updates across portfolio for distributors.
