Job summary

Axon is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager in Amsterdam to lead high-visibility, enterprise-grade deployments across cloud and on-prem platforms. You will coordinate professional services, sales, engineering, product, and customer teams to deliver solutions that save lives and strengthen trust.

You will manage milestones, scope, risks, and stakeholder alignment, ensuring timely delivery and revenue-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience leading and delivering highly complex programs.
• Experience delivering enterprise deployments, infrastructure projects, or large-scale enterprise apps.
• Mastery of program/project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of complex enterprise-grade product deployments.
• Oversee milestones, resources, scope, timeline, and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for alignment and on-time delivery.
• Ensure milestones and documentation support revenue recognition.
• Support pre-sales scoping and post-sales handoff.
• Maintain clear communication across teams and customers.
• Build customer confidence under pressure and remove obstacles.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Product and Customer teams.
