Job summary

Nutreco, an SHV company, is seeking a Global Change Manager to empower the Digital organisation with the skills and mindset to shape transformation. You’ll guide leaders, redesign roles, and drive adoption of digital solutions while ensuring people are anchored in the new ways of working.

You will lead a cross-functional program across global initiatives, track KPIs, and embed changes with a practical roadmap in collaboration with HR and Digital teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience in change management, including complex digital transformations.
• Strong knowledge of change methodologies (Prosci certification preferred).

Responsibilities

• Activate the digital operating model by building a high-performing, empowered team culture and leading structured change management across global initiatives.
• Equip teams with the skills and capabilities needed to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments and align stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Advise, coach and support senior leaders across Digital, HR and the business to redesign roles and ways of working.
• Collaborate with the Digital MT and HR to design and implement a practical change roadmap.
