Job summary

Nutreco seeks an HR Business Partner to translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives and to partner with management on strategic and tactical people issues. You will drive performance, talent development, and succession planning across business units.

You will lead organizational effectiveness, advise leaders with HR analytics, ensure compliance, and manage HR processes from recruitment to offboarding while aligning with global policies.

Responsibilities

• Direction and Leadership: translate business strategy into HR strategy and priorities; collaborate with management, CoEs, and HR services to implement the plan.
• Change Management: drive organizational effectiveness through change initiatives in people areas and develop capability.
• HR Excellence & Compliance: contribute to higher level HR strategy, stay updated on developments and implement HR programs.
• HR processes and operations: manage HR processes from talent acquisition to onboarding, engagement, development and offboarding; ensure cost-effective service delivery.
