Job summary

Nutreco, an SHV company, is seeking a Global Change Manager to empower the Digital organisation to shape transformation, giving people tools to own it and supporting growth into new ways of working. You’ll strengthen impact, unlock potential and enable sustainable progress, owning leadership and influence throughout the change journey.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of experience in change management, including digital transformations.
• Prosci certification preferred.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to influence senior leaders across cultures.

Responsibilities

• Activate the digital operating model by building a high‑performing, empowered team culture and leading structured change management across global initiatives.
• Equip teams with the skills and capabilities to accelerate the adoption of digital solutions.
• Conduct change impact and readiness assessments, and align stakeholder engagement and communications across global and local teams.
• Advise, challenge and coach senior leaders in Digital, HR and the business to redesign roles, skills and ways of working with the people side of change.
• Collaborate with the Digital MT and HR to design, adapt and implement a practical change roadmap that maximises buy‑in and minimises disruption.
• Track and report progress, risks, KPIs and success metrics, ensuring changes are embedded and sustained over time.
• Share best practices, develop fit‑for‑purpose tools, support localisation, and build organisational change capability by enabling leaders to confidently lead change.
