Job summary

Nutreco is seeking a strategic Head of Change Management to lead the Global Change Management Center of Expertise and shape how change is managed across the organisation.

You will own and advance the global change management framework, lead a high-performing team, and advise the HR Leadership Team on major transformations to drive readiness and sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or a related field.
• 10+ years of change management experience supporting highly complex transformation programmes.
• Deep knowledge of change management methodologies and tools, including Prosci certification.
• Proven experience leading, coaching or developing change management professionals.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across cultures and organisational levels.

• Act as the senior change management advisor to the HR Leadership Team and Management Board on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Drive change capability across Nutreco through training, coaching, communities of practice and maturity assessments.
• Lead the people side of major global transformations to ensure readiness, adoption and sustainable business outcomes.

Set priorities across the change portfolio, balancing business needs, resources, risks and interdependencies. Act as the senior change management advisor to the HR Leadership Team and Management Board on strategic transformation initiatives. Drive change capability across Nutreco through training, coaching, communities of practice and maturity assessments. We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable and ready to Own this role. Someone who is a recognised change management expert, capable of influencing senior leaders, building capability and leading complex global transformations. You'll also need:
