Job summary

ING is seeking a Change Delivery Expert to turn data and analytics strategy into actionable roadmaps and governance. You’ll drive cross‑border change programs and ensure alignment with business value in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will partner with business, IT and analytics teams to deliver measurable outcomes while advancing ING’s position as a data-driven digital leader. The role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in business administration and strong strategic decision-making in change delivery.
• 5+ years of experience managing complex change projects or programs from initiation through delivery.
• Proven ability to achieve business impact in a global corporate environment and turn strategic ambitions into practical outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including advising and presenting to senior management.
• Affinity with Data & Analytics and IT, connecting business priorities with technology and data capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive change delivery within and beyond ING Data & Analytics across business lines and countries.
• Translate ING’s Data & Analytics strategy into actionable roadmaps, delivery plans and measurable outcomes.
• Support the execution of ING’s ambition to become a data-driven digital leader.
• Manage the global Data & Analytics change portfolio with clear prioritization and alignment with business value.
• Strengthen transparency and decision-making through structured portfolio reporting and governance.
• Coordinate stakeholders across business, IT and Data & Analytics in an international matrix organization.
• Engage senior stakeholders and communicate progress, priorities, dependencies and outcomes.
