ING invites a Tribe Lead Global Infrastructure Data Centres to steer transformation of ING’s global hosting in data centres and edge footprint, creating a more resilient, secure and standardised infrastructure platform that supports innovation across the bank.

Qualifications

• Leading large-scale infrastructure transformation, cloud and platform engineering initiatives across international environments.
• Driving data centre strategy alignment with business resilience and regulatory requirements.
• Building and nurturing high-performing engineering teams with a product-centric mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the enterprise-wide vision and roadmap for data centre and edge capabilities, aligning business ambitions with technology strategy.
• Drive global standardisation and convergence to create a modern, scalable physical footprint.
• Create reusable, automated data centre services to accelerate delivery and improve efficiency.
• Oversee portfolio priorities, investments, financial performance, risk management and regulatory compliance.
• Build partnerships across countries and infrastructure domains to align demand, capacity planning and priorities.
• Embed a product-led operating model across infrastructure services with clear customer outcomes.
• Develop engineering talent and foster long-term organisational effectiveness.
