Job summary

ING, a technology-enabled bank, seeks Head of FCFP Analytics to shape global analytics strategy for financial crime prevention, customer due diligence, screening, and fraud. You will lead the global analytics roadmap and govern AI-enabled capabilities across countries, aligning with ING’s risk appetite and regulatory expectations.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in quantitative field or equivalent through experience.
• 8–12+ years of experience in advanced analytics, AI, ML, or data-driven transformation.
• Proven leadership in large, global, matrixed organizations and senior stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the global FCFP analytics strategy for transaction monitoring, KYC, screening, and fraud.
• Lead development, piloting, and scaling of AI-enabled analytical engines across countries and domains.
• Shape the future of AI-enabled KYC and Perpetual KYC initiatives and scale successful pilots.
• Engage regulators, vendors, and industry bodies to represent ING Analytics and ensure governance.
