DHL Express Maastricht is seeking a motivated Business Analyst to drive analysis services across our Shared Service Center. You will review end-to-end processes, identify risks, and help implement improvements within the BPO roadmap.

You’ll work with a multi-national team to understand applications, roadmaps and the business context, enabling data-driven decisions. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, automation and strong collaboration with project managers, finance teams and operations,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or related field or equivalent.
• Strong analytical abilities and problem-solving mindset.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience in project management or business analysis is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Design, communicate and deliver business analysis services within BPO programs.
• Engage user communities, mobilize stakeholders and ensure requirements are understood.
• Document processes, capabilities and requirements across projects and domains.
• Support testing, knowledge transfer and training activities; assist with gap analyses.
