Job summary

DHL Express Maastricht is seeking a motivated Project Manager to support the Global Business Project Organization (BPO) in deploying processes, tools and techniques across multiple functions at the shared service center in Maastricht.

You will lead project planning, manage resources and risks, and ensure on‑time delivery while aligning with business benefits and quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree and PM certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, IT or Business.
• Finance process knowledge (RTR, OTC, PTP, Cost Accounting) is preferred.
• Project/Program management certification (e.g. PRINCE2) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Draft and manage project plans to deliver within quality, time and budget.
• Execute project management plans for successful delivery.
• Instruct and review outputs of project team members.
• Report deviations in expenditure to adhere to budget.
• Track milestones and update progress against plan.
• Identify and resolve operational delays and risks.
• Mitigate project risks with action plans.
• Ensure project benefits alignment and tracking.
• Understand business processes and prioritize projects accordingly.
• Act as liaison between stakeholders and teams.
• Solicit stakeholder feedback and inform decisions.
