Job summary

Globus Medical in the Netherlands is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to ensure accurate processing of invoices and employee travel & expense reports across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will work within a finance team to uphold high efficiency and comply with policies, optimizing existing workflows.

The role requires fluent English and Dutch, 3–5 years of finance-related experience, and a track record of migrating legacy accounting processes into standardized global shared services.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Dutch required.
• 3–5 years’ experience in administrative or finance-related roles.
• Experience migrating legacy accounting processes into standardized global shared services.
• Strong team player with a responsible, persistent, and collaborative approach.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase invoices and urgent payments correctly and on time.
• Create payment proposals for daily and weekly payments.
• Perform AP closing tasks according to the international closing schedule.
• Reconcile accrued costs vs. invoices and manage end-of-period adjustments.
• Maintain and monitor mailbox; handle vendor correspondence.
