Golden Agri-Resources (GAR) Europe seeks an Accounts Payable Specialist to join the Utrecht finance team. You will manage vendor invoices, payments, and reporting, collaborating across General Accounting, AR, and other finance functions in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

The role requires attention to detail, ownership, and strong communication; English and Dutch fluency are essential. The office offers an international setting with development opportunities and a sustainable workspace

Competenze

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounts payable experience.
• Proficient in Excel and ERP systems; SAP experience required.
• Experience with AP automation tools (Esker) preferred.
• Fluent in English and Dutch, written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Maintain accounting/finance records in SAP and general ledgers.
• Manage AP process: bookkeeping vendor invoices, approvals, and outgoing payments.
• Assist monthly/annual closings with standard and custom reports.
• Review and process PO and non-PO invoices and ensure policy compliance.
• Monitor invoice approvals and maintain audit trails and documentation.
• Assist with AP system improvements and provide data analysis to stakeholders.
• Serve as contact for vendors regarding invoice status and payment queries.
