Job summary

Morrison Express Netherlands is seeking an AP specialist to join the Finance and Accounting Team. You will manage supplier invoices, payments, and reconciliation, ensuring timely processing and accurate recording to avoid payment delays.

You will collaborate with Operations and other departments, handle supplier inquiries, and support the accounts payable and receivable backup processes. Fluency in English required; Dutch or German a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a similar accounts payable role.
• Fluent English; Dutch or German a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and supplier communication.

Responsibilities

• Registering and posting purchase invoices and manual coding.
• Processing the bank book, recording payments and receipts.
• Preparing daily and weekly payments.
• Reviewing aged open PO’s and reconciling invoices.
• Supporting supplier information requests for credit.
