Topcon Healthcare Group, based in Capelle aan den IJssel in the Netherlands, seeks an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to ensure accurate and timely financial processes for the EMEA region. You will support billing, payments, and reporting while collaborating with sales units across multiple countries.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, problem solving and continuous improvement in a multinational finance team. A 13th month salary and generous vacation are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or Accounts Receivable.
• Fluent English; additional European language is a plus.
• Experience with ERP systems and SAP is desirable.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts receivable for multiple Topcon Sales Branches in the EMEA region.
• Handle billing, verify transactions, monitor incoming payments and month-end closings.
• Prepare AR reports and participate in audits related to AR.
• Identify discrepancies and support improvements in finance operations.
• Conduct regular meetings with sales teams about outstanding receivables.
• Assist in collecting outstanding receivables and resolve payment issues.
• Review new vendor entries for completeness and accuracy.
• Process Direct Debit remittances in coordination with sales teams.
