Fixico is seeking a Business Operations Manager Germany to act as the operational backbone of the repair network in Germany. You will manage repair cases end-to-end, ensure timely progress, handle communications, and collaborate with field account managers on initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, account management, or customer success.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Administratively strong with sharp attention to detail.
• Natural relationship-builder able to negotiate and communicate clearly.

• Resolve issues and monitor repair progress with partners.
