Job summary

Fixico in Amsterdam is seeking a Business Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our repair network in Germany. This role involves managing repair cases from start to finish while ensuring smooth communication with all parties involved.

The ideal candidate will have 2–5 years of experience in fleet management or customer success, be fluent in German and English, and possess strong relationship-building skills. We offer a flexible work environment and plenty of growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, account management, customer success, or a similar fast-paced role.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Administratively strong with a sharp eye for detail.
• A natural relationship-builder.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer communications and support the broader Operations team.
• Handle inbound calls and manage customer enquiries.
• Build and maintain relationships with repair shops and partners.
