Job summary

Fixico is a fast-growing car damage repair marketplace expanding across Europe. As a Business Operations Intern you will join our Operations team to support customers, partners and repair shops in our network, building lasting relationships and helping solve problems as they arise.

You will handle all incoming and outgoing communication with our German-speaking B2B clients, arrange quotes with repair shops, and assist clients and drivers via mail, chat or phone.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Hospitality, Management, Marketing or similar.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English.
• Customer-focused with a proactive can-do attitude.
• Skilled communicator who can establish and maintain relationships with partners.
• Not afraid of calls and approaching partners.
• Natural problem solver with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming and outgoing communication with German-speaking B2B clients.
• Arrange the best quotes with repair shops for B2B clients.
• Answer client and driver questions via email, chat or phone.
• Reach out to clients to help them choose and book repairs.
• Onboard new partnerships and educate partners on Fixico usage.
• Maintain relationships with international leasing and rental companies.
• Ensure a smooth and timely repair experience and track issues.
