Job summary

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in a Fleet Manager, Account Manager, Customer Success, or similar role.
• Fluent in French, Dutch, and English.
• Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent relationship-builder with phone and in-person communication.
• Willing to travel within Belgium roughly 1–2 times per month.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the central point of contact for transactional damage management in Belgium.
• Handle inbound calls, customer enquiries, and payment issues.
• Monitor repair quotes and shop trackers; escalate issues as needed.
• Onboard new repair shops and create accounts in the database.
• Support the Operations team via Intercom and educate users on dashboards.
• Visit repair shops 1–2 times per month to strengthen partnerships.
