Job summary

Fixico is seeking a Strategic Partnerships Manager for Germany, with flexibility to be based in Amsterdam or remotely in Germany. You will manage strategic customer and partner relationships, working with Product, Operations and Customer Success to embed Fixico’s platform into customer operations and drive measurable value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Strategic Partnerships, Key Account Management, Commercial Account Management, Business Development or similar B2B role.
• Experience managing and growing complex enterprise customers or strategic partnerships.
• Strong commercial mindset with a track record of growth in existing customer relationships.
• Experience in a consultative technology environment translating technology into business value.
• Strong relationship-building skills with senior stakeholders.
• Experience navigating multiple stakeholders in large enterprise organisations.
• Experience with technology, SaaS, platforms or another tech-enabled B2B business.
• Ability to connect customer business model and objectives to commercial opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills with KPI and business-case experience.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Native-level German and fluent English.
• Based in Germany or the Netherlands and able to travel.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop a portfolio of strategic customers and partnerships in Germany.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across customers.
• Develop deep understanding of each customer's business, operations and priorities.
• Create account and partnership plans with the Head of Germany and translate into priorities.
• Identify opportunities to expand partnerships across use cases, units, services or geographies.
• Lead commercial conversations around growth, renewals and extensions.
• Onboard and activate new strategic customers for smooth operational handover.
• Work with customers and internal teams to ensure value delivery and measurable outcomes.
• Monitor performance, KPIs and risks, identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build business cases demonstrating commercial and operational value.
• Coordinate internal teams to solve challenges and improve outcomes.
• Translate customer needs into scalable platform improvements with Product/Operations.
• Identify expansion opportunities within relationships into broader partnerships.
• Bring market insights to the German commercial team and wider Fixico group.
• Collaborate with Head of Germany and Business Development for a seamless journey from new business to long-term partnerships.
• Represent Fixico in senior meetings and at industry events.
• Spend time at Amsterdam HQ and stay connected with the wider team.
