Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a Solution Center Consultant with German to advise customers on TE products and services while developing inside sales opportunities. You will engage with end customers via calls, email and chat, guiding designs and proposing TE solutions.

The role requires a technical or business Bachelor's degree and 2+ years in a similar role, with fluent German and English and strong communication skills. Hybrid work with office and home options is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s technical or business degree or equivalent experience.
• +2 years’ experience in a similar role in a technical environment.
• Proven track record in inside sales or customer service roles.
• fluent German and English (verbal and written) required.
• Strong problem solving, influencing and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Advises customers on TE products, services and capabilities to meet design needs (80-90%).
• Sells value propositions of TE products and services (10-20%).
• Outbounds to nurture and grow small/medium customer pipelines via Salesforce.
• Communicates with end customers via phone, email and chat to resolve questions.
• Liaises with internal teams to resolve inquiries and requests.
• Promotes TE portfolio to drive revenue.
