People S Place is seeking a German-speaking Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative to support B2B customers in the German market. You will handle enquiries, provide product and order information, and coordinate orders in a fast-paced international environment.

The role combines Customer Service, Order Management and Inside Sales, working with an Account Manager for Germany. The position offers a 40-hour week, no shifts, commuting allowance and a clear path to permanent employment after

Competenze

• Fluent German, both written and spoken.
• Good English skills for communication within the international organisation.
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Inside Sales, Sales Support, Order Management or a similar B2B position.
• Experience with customer enquiries, order processing and complaint handling.

Mansioni

• Handle customer enquiries by phone and email.
• Provide product, order and delivery information to customers.
• Process and coordinate customer orders.
• Enter and release orders in the system.
• Follow up on orders, deliveries and open customer requests.
