Job summary

Abroad Experience International Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Advisor to join our global client’s team in Amsterdam. You will support German and English-speaking customers via email, phone, and live chat, ensuring licenses are correct and customers are well supported in software usage.

Responsibilities include handling licensing inquiries, preparing quotations, managing orders end-to-end, and collaborating with Account Managers, Finance and Support teams to ensure

Qualifications

• Native proficiency in German.
• 1-2 years of experience in contract renewals, customer success, customer service, inside sales, or a similar client-facing role.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain high attention to detail.
• Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced software sales environment.
• Results-driven, able to work independently and in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding licensing, pricing, payment information, and order status via email, phone, and live chat.
• Prepare and manage quotations for new software licenses and renewals for sales teams and customers.
• Proactively follow up on quotations to support business conversion.
• Oversee end-to-end order process, ensuring pricing, licensing details and delivery accuracy.
• Collaborate with Account Managers, Technical Support, Finance and external stakeholders to ensure smooth processes.
• Maintain accurate customer and order records in internal systems.
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as required.
