Job summary

Undutchables Recruitment Agency in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Service Representative (German). You will be the main contact for European partners, handling inquiries by phone and email, and processing orders.

You will work with SAP and Excel to monitor order status and ensure timely delivery, while collaborating with sales and internal teams. In this role you build relationships, review processes for efficiency, support accounts receivable and marketing, and ensure high service levels for

Qualifications

• Higher professional education or equivalent experience.
• Good command of English and German.
• Experience within a similar customer care position.
• Experience working with SAP system is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for partners across Europe via phone and email, handling orders, complaints and projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
• Manage orders using SAP and Excel, monitor status and ensure timely delivery.
• Review and improve existing processes by identifying gaps and proposing efficient solutions.
• Use vendor portals to support daily operations.
• Provide partners with product information and practical solutions.
• Support internal departments such as accounts receivable and marketing.
• Maintain a high level of service for internal and external customers.
• Assist B2B and B2C colleagues when needed.
