Jobster in Rotterdam is seeking a Customer Service Representative to be the main contact for partners across Europe, handling inquiries by phone and email, processing orders and resolving complaints.

You will work with sales and internal teams, manage orders in SAP and Excel, and identify process improvements. The role emphasizes strong service levels for B2B and B2C partners.

Fluent English and German are required, and you will join a full-time team in a dynamic European environment.

Qualifications

• Higher professional education or equivalent experience.
• Good command of English and German.
• Experience within a similar customer care position.
• Experience working with SAP system is preferred.
