RoomRaccoon is hiring a Customer Success Manager for German-speaking hoteliers. You will drive value, deliver training, and identify upsell opportunities while coordinating with Sales, Product and Support. The role supports remote work (DE-based) or in Breda, Lisbon, or Cape Town offices.

You will manage renewals, track usage, and help customers achieve maximum value from RoomRaccoon's HMS platform. Fluency in German and English is required.

Competenze

• Native or fluent German with professional English.
• Minimum 2+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or related client-facing role in SaaS or tech-enabled services.
• Excellent communicator with ability to lead conversations at all levels.
• Ability to identify and drive commercial opportunities within existing accounts.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment with strong organization.

• Manage a portfolio of German-speaking hotel clients, guiding value realization and growth.
• Conduct business reviews, create success plans, and deliver product trainings and workshops.
• Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product and Support to ensure a seamless journey.
