Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to join our partner's international VIP service team. This remote role is based in the Netherlands, focusing on Bronze VIP users, delivering personalized support, and promoting platform activities to drive engagement and loyalty.

You will manage customer conversations by phone and email, work toward KPIs, and identify opportunities to upgrade users to higher VIP tiers while collaborating with internal teams across time zones.

Qualifications

• German language fluency is required.
• Experience in customer support and using CRM.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to meet KPIs and targets.
• Knowledge of iGaming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, personalized customer support to Bronze VIP users.
• Handle requests from the Retention team to boost engagement and loyalty.
• Promote platform activities and campaigns (tournaments, lotteries, quests).
• Conduct interviews with Bronze VIP users to collect feedback and improvement ideas.
• Increase satisfaction through proactive communication and effective issue resolution.
• Identify opportunities to upgrade Bronze VIP users to higher tiers.
• Assist customers with verification and product guidance.
• Work toward KPIs and contribute to performance targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and features.
