Job summary

RoomRaccoon is seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of German-speaking hotel clients, driving value and ongoing adoption of our HMS platform.

You will lead strategic reviews, identify upsell opportunities, and coordinate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support to deliver a seamless customer journey. Fluency in German and strong English are required, with 2+ years in SaaS or tech-enabled services.

Qualifications

German native or fluent with strong English.
At least 2 years in Customer Success/Account Management in SaaS.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Able to identify and drive opportunities within accounts.
Organized, proactive, fast-paced.

Responsibilities

Own a portfolio of German-speaking hoteliers and drive value.
Conduct business reviews, define success plans, and upsell.
Deliver product trainings and workshops for adoption.
Collaborate with Sales, Implementation, Product, and Support.
Monitor renewals and reduce churn with proactive actions.
