Job summary

RoomRaccoon Hotel Tech is seeking a German-speaking Customer Success Manager to partner with hotel partners across Europe, supporting them in maximizing value from our HMS solution. You will drive adoption, identify growth opportunities, and act as a trusted advisor to a portfolio of hoteliers.

Based remote in DE or in-office in Breda (NL), Lisbon (PT), or Cape Town (ZA), you’ll manage renewals, upsell modules, and deliver training.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent German with professional English proficiency.
• At least 2 years in CS, AM, or related client-facing SaaS roles.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Proactive, self-starter in fast-paced tech environments.
• Experience driving commercial opportunities in existing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for a portfolio of hotel clients, guiding adoption and success.
• Conduct business reviews, create success plans, and identify growth opportunities.
• Deliver product training and strategic workshops.
• Manage renewals and upsell opportunities (Payments, RevPlus, etc.).
