WP SEO AI is seeking a German-speaking Business Development Representative to build our outbound pipeline for the German market from our Amsterdam hub. You’ll target business owners and decision-makers, driving meetings and expanding our international footprint.

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales and customer contact.
• Fluency in German with good command of English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects via calls, email and LinkedIn with outbound focus.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by RevOps to meetings and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to ensure smooth handover and maximise conversions.
• Analyze performance and share insights to improve weekly outcomes.
