Job summary

Jobster is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the DACH market in Helmond. You will join 4-5 other German speakers in a close-knit team to ensure smooth operations for customers and shipments.

Responsibilities include managing orders, coordinating deliveries, supporting the sales team, and communicating customer needs across teams. The role offers a hybrid work setup after onboarding, with two office days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays) and a 1-year direct contract with

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in a similar role or a strong motivation to start a career in customer service.
• German at C1 or C2 level, with fluent English for internal communication.
• Live within reasonable commuting distance of Helmond.
• Availability for 32-40 hours per week.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the main contact for a group of customers and build good relationships with them.
• Monitor sales results and share updates with the team.
• Spot issues or changes in customer needs and inform the right people.
