Road invites a proactive Operations Intern to join our Amsterdam HQ for a hands-on experience in business operations within a fast-growing, mission-driven company. You will help manage daily operations, customer relationships and business processes while learning from colleagues across teams.

You will own tasks, contribute ideas, and apply academic knowledge to real business challenges, gaining exposure to the EV charging ecosystem and our customer experience improvements.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an MBO or HBO program for the full duration of the internship.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and professional English.
• Ambitious and proactive, eager to learn and contribute.
• Customer-oriented and commercially minded.
