Job summary

Road in Amsterdam is seeking an Operations Intern to learn in a fast-growing, mission-driven company focused on EV charging. You will support customers and partners, coordinate orders, and help improve processes.

Ideal candidates are enrolled in an MBO/HBO program, fluent in German with professional English, ambitious, and available 32–40 hours/week for 6 months starting February 2027. A monthly €500 stipend and a laptop are provided.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an MBO or HBO program in Business Administration, Commercial Economics, or Business Studies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in German and professional English.
• Ambitious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Customer-oriented and commercially-minded.
• Available 32-40 hours per week for 6 months starting February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Customer & Partner Relations: Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners and deliver professional communication.
• Operational Support: Handle inquiries, coordinate orders and support daily ops to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with multiple departments to understand and improve business processes.
• Learning & Development: Apply academic knowledge to real-world business challenges and develop problem-solving skills.
