Job summary

Otrium is seeking a Customer Experience Intern to help optimise the customer journey before and after orders. You will conduct research, assist with daily operations, and contribute to various projects in a fast-growing European startup.

The role is based in Amsterdam, with a flexible hybrid work model. Duration is six months, 32–40 hours per week, starting mid January. The office is in the Houthavens, offering a collaborative environment and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Enrollment at a Dutch university for a 6-month internship.
• Available 32–40 hours per week.
• Living within a 1-hour commute from our Houthavens office.
• Attention to detail in campaign setup and analysis.
• Analytical mindset with interest in data and AI tools.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Investigate opportunities to optimise the customer experience.
• Ensure that our customer communications are aligned across all channels.
• Ensure that our data is updated and analysed, and propose new initiatives.
• Be involved in supervising our Customer Service Team.
• Perform day-to-day operational tasks.
• Support the Customer Experience team with managing the different projects.
