Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Commercial, Administration, Logistics, Customer Service, or Operations.
• Fluent German and English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
• Customer-first mindset: patient, empathetic, and a natural communicator.
• Comfortable working cross-functionally in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the service relationship with your assigned German-market customer base, acting as the primary contact for orders, service, and operations.
• Respond quickly and accurately to inquiries on orders, supply availability, and product information within lead times.
• Proactively update accounts on orders and supply availability, spotting opportunities to strengthen loyalty.
• Receive and process customer sales orders, manage delivery prioritization, invoicing, and other fiscal documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Credit, Market Specialists, Portfolio Marketing, Pricing, Logistics, and Customer Operations to resolve issues.
