Job summary

Undutchables in Eindhoven is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Specialist to own the German market from the office. You will work with marketing generated leads, build strong customer relationships, and convert qualified leads into sales opportunities.

Collaborating with Field Sales, Marketing and Order Management, you will qualify opportunities, maintain CRM data, deliver reliable forecasts, and help achieve regional sales targets in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop the German market by building relationships with new and existing customers.
• Qualify marketing-generated leads (MQLs) and convert them into sales opportunities.
• Identify customer needs, ongoing projects, and future business opportunities.
• Manage opportunities throughout the sales funnel and ensure timely follow-up.
• Schedule appointments and support Field Sales teams with qualified opportunities.
• Act as the first point of contact for customers and internal sales colleagues regarding commercial inquiries.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Field Sales, and Order Management to maximize sales performance.
• Maintain accurate customer information, opportunity status, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
• Deliver reliable sales forecasts and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes and customer experience.
