As a Business Development Representative, you’ll own the outbound pipeline, contacting business owners and decision-makers, and collaborating with Account Executives to maximize conversions. You’ll thrive on numbers, meetings, and a fast-paced, international hub.

Qualifications

• Experience in BDR/outbound sales for the German market.
• Strong phone, email, and LinkedIn outreach skills.
• Ability to convert high-quality leads from RevOps into meetings.
• Collaboration with Account Executives for smooth handovers.
• Strong emphasis on performance analytics and weekly improvements.

Responsibilities

• Spend most of your day on the phone, turning first contact into real opportunities.
• Reach out to new prospects through calls, email and LinkedIn, with a strong focus on outbound conversations.
• Convert high-quality leads provided by our RevOps team so you can focus on what you do best: engaging and booking meetings.
• Collaborate closely with Account Executives to ensure a smooth handover and maximise conversions.
• Analyse your performance, share insights and keep improving every week.
