Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador in Amsterdam to serve as the calm, confident voice behind the screen and on the phone. You will turn questions into solutions, and “just browsing” into “add to basket” with authentic, non-scripted service.

You’ll help customers via email, phone and social media, spotting opportunities to recommend the right Rituals product for their moment. Hybrid work is offered in Amsterdam.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and professional English (written and spoken).
• Customer-first mindset with focus on resolution and results.
• Excellent communication skills, empathetic and clear.
• Experience in dynamic service environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the contact for Dutch- and English-speaking customers via email, phone and social media.
• Deliver personal, engaging service with no scripts.
• Spot sales opportunities and recommend products that suit the customer’s needs.
• Maintain quality and productivity while meeting targets and KPIs.
• Ensure customers feel heard and leave with a positive experience.
