Job summary

Rituals in Amsterdam is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador to support Italian and English-speaking customers via email, phone and social media. You’ll turn questions into solutions and convert casual browsing into purchases with a human touch.

You’ll work in a hybrid setup at The Edge West, Amsterdam, with onboarding and a 13-15 week program to build confidence, product knowledge and customer-centric service. Expect shifts and KPIs, plus great perks.

Qualifications

• Native Italian and professional English written and spoken.
• MBO or HBO level education or college degree completed.
• Strong customer-first mindset and ability to resolve issues.
• Clear, friendly, professional communication even in busy times.
• Solution-oriented approach to help customers find the best path forward.

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to contact for Italian and English-speaking customers.
• Deliver personal and engaging service with no scripts.
• Spot sales opportunities and recommend products.
• Maintain quality and productivity while hitting targets.
