Job summary

Rituals is seeking a Customer Relations & Sales Ambassador to be the voice for our Swedish and Scandinavian customers. The role focuses on assisting customers via social media, email, and phone, spotting sales opportunities and recommending Rituals products to meet customer needs.

We value non-scripted, genuine interactions and a flair for turning everyday routines into meaningful moments through outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Swedish (native level) and English (C1‑2) written and spoken at a professional level.
• Background in a customer service‑oriented field.
• Graduated from MBO level or HBO level or finished college degree.

Responsibilities

• Support Swedish and Scandinavian customers via social media, email and phone.
• Spot sales opportunities and recommend Rituals products to fit customer needs.
• Avoid boilerplate scripts; interact genuinely, help, inspire and be creative in responses.
• Live the Rituals brand and transform customers' daily routines into meaningful moments with service.
