Job summary

FAYAT Group is seeking a General Manager willing to relocate to the Netherlands. You will be the top operations leader, directing Sales, After Sales, Operations, HR, and Finance to optimize workflows and profitability. The role requires building a high-performance culture and delivering strategic corporate goals.

You will oversee planning, budgeting, and KPI tracking, while representing the company in key negotiations. Dutch and English fluency are required; French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in a senior management role (e.g., General Manager/COO) ideally in automotive.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management; MBA preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial planning, budgeting, P&L management, and risk analysis.
• Strong strategic vision, decisive problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.
• Fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement comprehensive business strategies.
• Financial Oversight: Direct budget, monitor costs, optimize cash flow and P&L.
• Operational Excellence: Oversee day-to-day activities, ensure quality and safety.
• Team Leadership: Mentor department managers and drive high-performance culture.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report progress to executives.
• Stakeholder Relations: Represent the company in high-level negotiations with key clients and partners.
