Job summary

Acre in collaboration with a fleet electrification company seeks a Country Manager to lead the Netherlands operations. You will own the commercial strategy and P&L, build and lead the local team, and act as our senior representative to accelerate growth.

Coordinate with customers, partners, and regulators, shape market entry, and drive scalable delivery while aligning with UK HQ for compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree a plus.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, or country/general management in the Netherlands.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own the Netherlands market entry and growth strategy.
• Own the full P&L for the Dutch market.
• Develop a pipeline of opportunities and manage long-term accounts.
• Build relationships and lead negotiations with customers of varying sizes.
• Identify opportunities to expand through partnerships, acquisitions, and new sectors.
• Monitor and guide tender responses (public and private).
• Recruit, lead, and develop the local commercial team.
• Act as senior in-country representative with customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with UK HQ to ensure compliance and local adaptation of processes.
• Stay informed on regulatory, incentive, and subsidy landscape for EV charging and renewables.
