Job summary

FAYAT METAL is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the Netherlands-based business unit, driving performance and coordinating Sales, After Sales, Operations, HR and Finance to execute strategy. The role requires relocation to the Netherlands and a strong track record in senior management within automotive or related sectors.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred), deep financial acumen, and fluency in Dutch and English (French a plus).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning: Formulate and implement company-wide strategies.
• Financial Oversight: Direct budget allocation, monitor P&L, optimize cash flow.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline processes and ensure quality and safety.
• Team Leadership: Mentor department heads and drive high performance culture.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs and report to executives.
• Stakeholder Relations: Manage relationships with clients, partners and vendors.
