Futures Works in the Netherlands is seeking a Management Control Teamleader to coordinate management control functions at country level, aligning with stakeholders and partners to support strategic analysis and planning. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting, develop cost and pricing models, and supervise accounting processes while guiding performance across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Control, Business Control, or Management Accounting.
• Significant management control experience at country level, preferably in telecom/tech.
• Strong Dutch and English communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to lead budgeting and annual forecast processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the budget definition and annual forecasting with area inputs.
• Oversee monthly budget control and potential reforecasting activities.
• Lead monthly reporting activities.
• Contribute to development of the strategic plan.
• Oversee development of cost and pricing models for activity costing.
• Develop and monitor cost model for regulatory purposes.
• Support cross-company project budgets and analyses.
