Job summary

Haimer Mexiko is seeking a leader to helm our Dutch subsidiary near Nijmegen and to establish a Dutch sales and service team for future growth.

You will be responsible for all Dutch business operations, including direct sales to customers and through distribution partners, and for selling our complex, advisory-intensive milling products to our high-end clients. The role offers a demanding position with high responsibility and performance-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in engineering.
• Experience in precision machining industry and sales.
• Managerial responsibility and proven sales leadership.

• Lead our Dutch subsidiary near Nijmegen and build a Dutch sales and service team.

You are responsible for all Dutch business operations including overall sales to direct customers or via our distribution partners and channels. Furthermore, you will sell our complex, advice-intensive products and serve our qualified high-end clients.

• Completed technical education, ideally with further formation in the field of technical engineering
• Profound expertise with main focus on precision machining industry
• Experience and success in technical sales and managerial responsibility
• The ability to work independently, an entrepreneurial mind-set and customer service orientation
• Outgoing personality, good communication skills and a self-confident manner at the customer
• Fluent in English, German skills would be considered a plus
• Willingness to high volume travel
