Job summary

HAIMER Group, a German engineering leader in precision tooling, seeks a General Manager Netherlands (m/f/x) to lead the Dutch subsidiary near Nijmegen. You will oversee sales, service and operations while building a high‑performing local team.

The role requires a technical education, proven sales and managerial experience, and fluency in English; German is a plus. Expect extensive travel to serve our high‑end clients and partner networks.

Qualifications

• Technical background in engineering or related field.
• Experience in the precision machining industry and technical sales.
• Proven managerial responsibility and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Dutch subsidiary near Nijmegen and build a Dutch sales/service team.
• Oversee all Dutch business operations including direct and channel sales.
• Sell complex, advisory‑intensive products to high‑end clients.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to drive growth and service excellence.
