Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE/Cloud Architect to drive production deployments of GenAI solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead integration, deployment, and onboarding activities while coordinating with product and science teams. Expect frequent client collaboration and on-site presence at client offices.

You will leverage Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI products, ensuring smooth operations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
Experience as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production.
Fluent in Python.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infra.
Customer-facing experience and strong project/stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

Execute technical discovery with Account Executives to understand client needs and outcomes.
Qualify opportunities and help identify value drivers for customers.
Influence evaluation criteria and manage the evaluation process.
Create a strategic customer vision based on business goals and required capabilities.
Guide and support customers deploying models and products into their infra.
Collaborate with customers to tailor solutions to requirements and constraints.
Liaise with product/tech teams to relay feedback and improvements.
Develop custom features for customers as needed.
Define and track success metrics for POCs at customers.
Lead programs leveraging internal teams and customer resources.
