Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced individual contributor to drive adoption and scaling of GenAI solutions across client engagements. You will guide deployments, collaborate with product and science teams, and travel up to 60% to work at client sites, ensuring measurable outcomes and strategic advantages.

You will work at the intersection of innovation and impact, helping customers integrate GenAI into their operations and delivering state-of-the-art AI solutions tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering)
• Experience deploying AI-based products in production environments
• Fluent in Python
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infrastructure
• Customer-facing role experience
• Strong project & stakeholder management skills
• Foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science
• Ability to connect technology and business value
• Result driven and resilient
• Familiar with sales qualification concepts

Responsibilities

• Deliver value to customers through effective technical discovery with Account Executives.
• Identify, qualify, and disqualify opportunities where Mistral solutions add value.
• Influence evaluation criteria and gain control of evaluations and the evaluation process.
• Create a strategic vision for the customer on the project based on their strategy and required capabilities.
• Guide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure.
• Regularly liaise with product/technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
• Develop custom features for customers as needed.
• Onboard customers on our products and ensure best production setup from GPU stack to backend/frontend.
• Define and track success metrics of the POC being rolled out at customers.
• Operate as a program leader with internal teams and customer side to move projects forward.
