Job summary

Mistral is seeking an experienced DevOps/SRE/Cloud Architect to drive production deployments of GenAI solutions for enterprise clients. You will lead integration, deployment, and onboarding activities while coordinating with product and science teams. Expect frequent client collaboration and on-site presence at client offices.

You will leverage Docker, Kubernetes, and major cloud platforms to deliver scalable AI products, ensuring smooth operations and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• Experience as DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
• Experience deploying and managing AI-based products in production.
• Fluent in Python.
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on-premise infra.
• Customer-facing experience and strong project/stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Influence evaluation criteria and manage the evaluation process.

What You Will Do

Delivering value to the customers

• Execute effective technical discovery to understand potential clients’ needs, challenges, and desired outcomes in collaboration with Account Executives.
• Contribute to identifying, qualifying, and disqualifying opportunities where Mistral solutions can unlock the most value for the customer.
• Influence evaluation criteria and control the evaluation process.
• Create a strategic vision for the customer based on a deep understanding of their strategy, desired business outcomes, and required capabilities.

Product deployment

• Guide and support customers in deploying our models and products into their infrastructure.
• Work closely with customers to deploy relevant solutions according to their specific requirements.
• Regularly liaise with the product and technical teams to relay feedback and suggest improvements.
• Develop custom features for customers as needed.

Customer Onboarding

• Responsible for onboarding customers on our products, providing guidance on deployment and integration.
• Ensure the best production setup from the low‑level GPU stack up to infrastructure, back‑end, and front‑end interfaces.

Project management

• Define and track success metrics of the POC being rolled out at customers.
• Operate as a program leader, leveraging internal Mistral teams and customer teams to keep projects moving forward.

About You

• You hold a degree in a relevant scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering).
• You have experience working as a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or Cloud Solution Architect.
• You are experienced with deploying and managing AI‑based products in production environments.
• You are fluent in Python.
• You have experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment tools.
• You have a deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and on‑premise infrastructure.
• You have been involved in a customer‑facing role.
• You possess strong project and stakeholder management skills.
• You have foundational knowledge in AI/ML/Data science.
• You can connect technology and business value.
• You are result‑driven and resilient.
• Knowledge of sales qualification concepts is a strong plus.
