Qualifications

• English fluency and at least 2+ years as an IC on AI-based products.
• Proven experience implementing AI/ML products with APIs and interfaces (back-end and front-end).
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs and tackling RAG or agentic use cases.
• Strong Python coding skills and deep understanding of ML/LLMs concepts.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex tech to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Deploy production use cases with a considerable business impact across industries.
• Develop GenAI applications from consumer to industrial use cases with customers.
• Collaborate with researchers, AI engineers, and product engineers on complex projects including fine-tuning and LLM applications; contribute to open-source codebases.
• Participate in pre-sales calls to understand client needs and provide technical guidance on our products.
